Our Company History

Gegründet wurde die VERMAY GmbH & Co. KG 1985 von Fridolin Mayer, der nach jahrzehntelanger Arbeit in der Metallbranche schließlich damit begonnen hatte, einfache Stellfüße aus Metall herzustellen. Seitdem hat sich das traditionsreiche Familienunternehmen, das seit 2011 in 2. Generation geführt wird, kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Innovation, Zukunftsorientierung und die Bereitschaft, uns immer wieder auf die sich verändernden Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und die Entwicklungen unserer Zielmärkte einzustellen, sind dabei Teil unseres Erfolgsrezepts. After a successful company transfer due to retirement, a new era has begun at VERMAY. Yvonne Mayer remains actively involved in the company, while Martin actively supports sales. The management has been taken over by Armin Mücher and Pirmin Lemmer, with a strong focus on continuity and sustainable growth. These changes promise a successful future for VERMAY.
