VERMAY GmbH and Co KG, based in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, believe that good machines and furniture should always have a solid base. We attach great importance to high quality workmanship and use only the best materials. After all, the feet have to be able to withstand enormous loads in the field. ASSORTMENT

Whether you’re looking for small, adjustable feet, such as those used in trade show booths and store fixtures, large machine feet, or certified hygienic feet. To ensure that your machines, systems or exhibition stands stand securely, we supply everything you need. Our production ranges from small quantities up to large series of several tens of thousands of pieces.

Hygienefüsse

The hygiene foot is designed to set up and/or support machines, systems and/or other elements.

It can be used in the food area, spray area or non-food area (def. acc. to EN 1672-2:2020). In addition, the hygiene foot can be used in cases where hygiene risks arise for the consumer of the product. Any other use is considered improper use.

Structure

The test object consists of the following main components:

Adjustment shaft with thread (spindle)
Joint seal
Adjusting sleeve Sealing ring (to the installation surface)
Sealing ring (to the installation surface)
Plate
Floor seal

Maschinenfüße & Nivellierfüße

These machine and leveling feet are manufactured in small quantities. The materials used are steel, stainless steel and plastic. The surfaces range from spark erosion structure, finely finished, highly polished to galvanized and blue chromated. The machine and leveling feet can be manufactured and supplied with or without rubber dampers. The load value is between 700 and 4,000 kg, depending on the foot type.

Gelenkfüße

The articulated feet offer an angle of inclination of up to 20° and are used for sloping floors. The materials used are stainless steel, steel, aluminum and plastic (PA6). The foot plates can also be fitted with rubber. The load capacity is between 300 and 1,000 kg, depending on the foot type.

Schwerlastfüße

Heavy-duty feet can support a load of 10,000 to 20,000 kg per foot. The materials used are stainless steel, steel and plastic. These heavy-duty feet are manufactured in small quantities. The foot plate has an integrated anti-slip damper.

Stellfüße mit Innensechskant

These adjustable feet are used where adjustment from above is required. Both large quantities with M10 threads and small quantities up to M16 threads are manufactured. The load value is between 150 and 1,500 kg, depending on the foot type.

Stellfüße, Gleitfüße & Gerätefüße

These adjustable feet are produced in larger quantities at more favorable procurement prices.
Most of the adjustable feet can be screwed in from below with a bit and/or via a wrench flat above the plate.
The screws are made of steel or stainless steel and the foot plates are made of steel, rubberized steel, plastic or stainless steel.
The load value is between 150 and 1,500 kg, depending on the foot type.

Gewindebuchsen & Gewindestopfen

Threaded bushes for mounting adjustable feet in tubes with threads from M10 to M20. For round and square tubes made of plastic with integrated metal thread or completely made of die-cast zinc.

Sockelhochsteller

Plinth uprights for furniture construction with M 10 thread made of galvanized steel. The load value is between 300 and 400 kg, depending on the angle.
